- One self-service Team subscription with Standard or Premium seats; minimum 2 seats. Mixed seat types are not supported. Standard: 15,000 credits per five hours and 66,000 weekly credits per seat, $88/seat/month or $950.4/seat/year; Premium: 35,000 credits per five hours and 155,000 weekly credits per seat, $188/seat/month or $2030.4/seat/year. Monthly or annual billing; annual fees equal twelve displayed annual monthly equivalents. Each member has a dedicated Team Plan key and independent quota. Optional on-demand overage is separately billed; current documentation advertises 10% off model API list prices for a limited time, with no expiry specified. Seat additions are prorated; reductions wait until the next cycle. Switching Standard to Premium during a cycle is not currently supported.

- Standard seats include ChatGPT, ChatGPT Work and Codex. The current official Business seat documentation does not enumerate individual model SKUs. Workspace credits can extend included usage; API billing is separate. At least 2 Standard or Premium seats total, including a mix. Seat additions are prorated immediately; reductions take effect at renewal. Workspaces created on or after August 24, 2026 are capped at 200 paid Standard and Premium seats combined, including unassigned seats; older workspaces retain their previous limit. Credits cover eligible API Platform usage, not Codex via API keys or extra ChatGPT/signed-in Codex limits. API usage uses purchased credits after free credits; requests fail if no balance remains. Free trials and complimentary subscriptions do not qualify. The benefit may change or end; API terms and rate limits apply.
