Workspace credits can extend included usage; API billing is separate. At least 2 Standard or Premium seats total, including a mix. Seat additions are prorated immediately; reductions take effect at renewal. Workspaces created on or after August 24, 2026 are capped at 200 paid Standard and Premium seats combined, including unassigned seats; older workspaces retain their previous limit. Includes $20/paid seat/month in claimable API credits. Business credits are pooled across paid Standard/Premium seats, capped at $500/workspace/month; annual billing issues the full year upfront, capped at $6,000, expiring at annual-cycle end. Claim after seven paid days by linking an API organization owned under the same email. First grant is prorated; unused credits expire at billing-cycle end without rollover. Credits cover eligible API Platform usage, not Codex via API keys or extra ChatGPT/signed-in Codex limits. API usage uses purchased credits after free credits; requests fail if no balance remains. Free trials and complimentary subscriptions do not qualify. The benefit may change or end; API terms and rate limits apply.
